This corner food shop has two sessions of different food operations, namely day and night session. This shop is located in Kuala Lumour city, just a stone’s throw away from Pavilion Mall.(1) Day Time SessionThe day time session is akin to a food court style consisting of about 10 different stalls within the shop selling varying foods, managed and run by different owners. These stalls sell quite a huge variety of foods individually, for examples, penang char koay teow, dry or soup pork noodles, wanton mee, chu cheong fun with yong tau fu, chicken / BBQ pork / roast pork rice, nasi lemak, fu yong siu bao with lots of nyonya kueh and savourie(like chicken pies, tuna pie), Sarawak kum pua noodle, curry laksa noodle, etc. This day time session is perpetually full of customers throughout the day time especially during breakfast and lunch hours, you can hardly find a seat. So you need to have a little bit of patience if you wanna dine here. The qualities of the foods in these individual stalls appear to be varying from one stall to another. The above average ones include penang char koay teow (very small portion, wish it can be a much larger portion), fu yong siu bao (you can choose either chicken or pork fillings).the average ones are nasi lemak, chicken / BBQ pork/ roast pork rice, dry or soup pork noodle. The rest are below average.Food & Beverage : 6/10Service : 5/10Price : 5/10Ambience : 3/10(2) Night Time SessionThis night time session is just one stall by itself, owned by one family. They offer a variety of fried noodles in different cooking styles, including hokkien fried noodles (mee, vermicelli, koay teow, or a combination of mee and vermicelli), wat tan hor (Cantonese fried koay teow), wat tan ying yong (Cantonese fried koay teow with vermicelli), loh mee (mee in thick brownish gravy), etc. This stall used to be run by a family for more than 40 years. The food quality then was very good. My family, friends and I always went to this stall for dinner for umteen years since I was a teenager. Their hokkien mee, hokkien vermicelli and wat tan hor were really marvellous. They were the best fried noodles that I had ever had in Malaysia then.Unfortunately, this stall business was sold to another family about 2 years ago. I went back to this stall several times after this take over. The recent one was in June 2018. The food quality has dropped drastically. Disappointingly, the foods there are no longer good and they just taste very average. It is also getting much more expensive with lesser and smaller piece of meats (prawns and pork slices). We will go elsewhere.Food & Beverage : 5/10Service : 6/10Price : 3/10Ambience : 3/10

Restoran Win Heng Seng (永兴城茶室) at Jalan Imbi used to be one of my favourite kopitiam. It has been long time since I last visited this place as I brought my parents to come again during Raya and guess what, This kopitiam is a warzone. Little did I know that they are now so famous that most of the tourist from others states are all in this place. Imagine that.
