Food is ok but may forget about the beef & lamb slices. Miserable portion and the cut is tough! Good service by the all the female wait staffs but certainly not the idiotic young chap at the counter. (Manager/Supervisor) Very rude and unfriendly! We wanted an additional table as 2 from our group takes no lamb and beef. That idiot gave us a flat NO in a very unfriendly manner saying all tables were reserved! Granted, we suggested to finish up the beef and lamb and asked for a new pot of soup which is free to begin with and again the same idiot says not possible!!! I was very displeased then and told him i’ll pay for it which he relented without much choice! He did charged us for it which is supposed to be FREE! We finished up and and left after 1.5hrs and guess what? The whole place is empty! What happen to all the reservation I wonder? Just another blatant excuse! We have been visiting pretty often and introduce many friends but I doubt I’ll return after this episode!Pity the Management in hiring staffs like this which is not helping in promoting the business but instead, driving away customers!
