After trying out Dave’s Deli’s Hainanese Chicken Chop, I’m spoilt and have been forever comparing other offerings with theirs. It’s nice to note that the one served by M Cafe has that exact same texture and crisp to it. The chicken itself is deep fried to a crisp, crunchy when taken, doused in sweet and sour hainanese sauce with peas. Served with fries on the side, this is a pretty good meal on its own.
