  I went there on a weekday. There was not much flavour to be choose and it was around 5pm. One of the staff was not really friendly and didn’t bother to even open his mouth to answer our questions. However, the gelato was really good. I like the salted caramel. Diary Vanilla was not really my thing. Will come next time for the pistachio ( it was out of stock that day)

  I always love morrelis gelato in bangsar since they have sundae. But I had a bad experience last sunday, where they have only one worker on Sunday. Which many customers need to be served. I waited for my sundae while the worker served for other customers first (they ordered scoop) instead I am the one who ordered first. And so much things is unavailable such as strawberries, biscuits and so on. Since its sunday, i thought all that are need to be ready. Gelatos are still good as always. Just need to improve on services 🙂

  What I liked:- place is quite hidden so good place to hang out and have a quiet chit chat- lots of unique local flavours like teh Tarik, horlicks I generally prefer ice cream to gelato so perhaps this review is biased. Regardless I find the chocolate and salted caramel flavours quite good.

  My favourite gelato in KL! Comes so close to the ones in Italy, in terms of texture. Great variety of flavours and the flavour comes out strong. Worth a try if you’re in BSC.
