Amuse bouche – guess I’m not very appreciative, it’s just crisps and really not much difference from grabbing a pack off the rack before heading to the payment counter. I’m not saying this is bad, it just did not appeal. It’s just crisps. Ibericopork with grilled asparagus, gorgonzola and walnut. Chicken liver parfait with grilled brioche, pear and cherries
Great presentation and ambience. Superb service. Expected when you’re forking out higher than average prices. However, I ordered both the original ribs and the Iberico ribs and while both tasted out of this world, it could have been better in terms of its tenderness. It wasn’t fall of the bone tender and it actually took quite a lot of effort for us to eat it.
