Came here with a party of 20. Whiskey shots barely wet the bottom of the glass. My jumbo prawns were not cooked properly, and not fresh at all. Customer service was seriously lacking : standard answer all night was ‘let me call my supervisor’. Who did nothing. Finally, dishes were haphazardly served in no particular order. A dessert arrived before a starter.
One of a lovely place that I have visited a few times over casual gathering. The Point located in Damansara is operating on level 1 & 2 where is also divided into 2 sections. Level 1 would be a restaurant dining and their level 2 is a mini bar. Filled with great ambiance that makes it a perfect place for gathering.
