  As some family members came over, we decided to try out Tiger Lily DC Mall for dinner as our favorite Thai joint was not accessible today. We had orders of red curry noodle, green curry chicken with rice, pattaya fried rice, kailan in oyster sauce and some kids meal. Orders came in fast enough but that’s basically the most positive thing that I can say about the food. Personally, I have never experienced Thai food that had tasted so off..None of the items ordered tasted good or have any resemblance of what it was supposed to taste like. Initially I thought it was just me, but everyone was unhappy with the taste of their orders..All in all, flavorwise, it was the worse tasting Thai food I have ever experienced. I apologise if Tiger Lily is offended by my comments, but none of our taste buds were happy and you need to know

  Took away a thai basil chicken rice. it was extremely underwhelming and doesn’t taste like Thai basil chicken rice at all! Sincerely hope other dishes are not as bad as this one

  It was located at DC mall but The restaurant has been closed at this moment. Couldn’t be able to try out other dishes. The ambience was nice. Food was so so , same as other Thai restaurants.

  I enjoyed my experience at this place. Julia Liow and I ordered a pineapple salad, vegetarian pad Thai, banana fritters, mango sticky rice and lemongrass ginger juice. The desserts (mango sticky rice n banana fritters) were REALLY delicious and flavourful although the banana fritters made me have a stomach ache after because they are deep fried and the portion is huge. The mango sticky rice had a nice crunch factor to it. However the main courses were a disappointment because the portion sizes were so small. The pad Thai didn’t have peanut sauce and wasn’t flavourful, it was basically just oil. The pineapple salad was just chopped up pineapple. However understandable because the prices were very low we only ended up paying rm52 for the two of us.We really enjoyed the ambience, it was very clean and bright. The decor made mee happy. The waiters and waitresses were very accommodating and made sure to double check our order with us and accommodated to our requests. They were kind and friendly also. I recommend coming here for ambience and desserts. Not main courses
