At the top of a hotel, the view is excellent. This is the best place in KL to take a picture with the palace.However, the bar is very locally managed and very average.
We booked a table but when we arrived they still arranging our seats. But they did apologize to us and discount 10% for us. Foods were so so, but the Oysters very fresh!
