I ordered the green curry rice with free flow salad then the guy that serves me keep on telling me with loud and high pitch of voice that the salad is not for share which I don’t have any intention to do so. He then left me with his arrogant smile and sarcastic posture.Dear all, if you guys are not wearing LV handbags, Prada Purse, Gucci shirt or SG shoes, do not pay a visit to this cafe, unless you guys want to be treated like a trash.
Tried the frappes at nooks so not worth the price. The vanilla frappe was not vanilla was basically coffee. On the menu it specified french vanilla frappe and they failed to mention there was coffee in it. The chocolate frappe was terrible. Didn’t taste like chocolate at all!!!! Lastly the service was just bad. Been to places with bad service this is by far the worse.
Ate here twice for lunch when I was on a business trip in Malaysia. The resto is small but neat. I ordered their chicken rendang on my first visit. Lovely taste of the peanut sauce. I still prefer the beef rendang of indonesia though. Second visit I ate the oriental stewed chicken, this I didn’t like much. It tasted kinda soupy and lacked flavors & taste. I asked for their spicy sauce to at least have a bit of taste on it. Their pastries however is made fresh. Nothing is ordered outside but the ingredients of course. They make small batches daily so if your fave pastry is finish for the day you have to settle for what’s available or check again tomorrow.
The seat in the cafe is not much. Each tables are arrange at the corner. You can choose any table or seat with a corner you like. Tuna mayo and scramble egg on 2 soft buns with cucumber & tomato. Personally like tuna very much and always the prefect match in sandwich.
