Even though price is on the steep side, but you get good service+good food so it’s worth it. If you’re looking for a cozy place to chill but still want to satisfy your cravings for steak, I highly recommend this place!
Had the ribeye (Rubia Gallega) and it was meaty yet with a marbling texture. First time trying the 30-day dry aged steak and it was different than usual. Wasnt a fan of the chimichurri sauce but i liked the salt. The sides of mashed potato and homemade fries were delectable. Service was friendly and professional. Steep on the price but i guess that is what it cost for a much-effort preparation.
I had one of the best experience dining here. Truth be told, i expect nothing less than perfection and the team at Vantador delivered. They are so focused at their task, in providing any necessities for the customer, that i feel welcomed and cozy when dining here.As for the food, I order 2 Tomahawks, one was a Rubia Gallega and the other one was a well marbeled Wagyu. The reason as to why i need two was not to just eat but to also compare which was better. First things first, i requested Medium-rare for both and they were cooked to perfection. As for what to pair them with, we ordered a plate of beef tartare , Rubia Gallega bone marrow, mushroom soup and some salad. Everything was well prepared but my only cons is the seasoning. They need to improve the seasoning, not on the steaks but on the beef tartare. Other than that, everything was spot on..To end this on a sweet note, i am ecstatic to have celebrated my birthday here. All the best to the team at Vantador and huge thanks to the chef. I will look forward for my next visit.Thank you.
