bad customer service. they messed up our order and the food is just mediaocre! the es jeruk kelapa is rm12++ and there is no kelapa in it! so fed up when u need to raise ur hand high and shout to call the waiter cz they act busy and mostly ignore us. and i have to pay for the full price of the food + super bad service = no worth it!
How they made 3 mistakes in one order is beyond me. Despite being reminded not to add chili peppers to my vegetables twice, they still got it wrong. When asked to redo, they still added the same peppers! I ordered Bumbu Desa Chicken for takeout and didn’t realize that no sambal was given even though that’s the main flavor for this dish until I got home so I paid for something I didn’t get! Does it really take almost an hour to prepare 3 simple dishes???Also when they dropped my food on the floor whilst behind the counter, the waiter was about to put it back in the food container until he noticed I was looking! Makes me wonder what unhygienic practice goes on in the kitchen. They handle the banana leaf that is used under each dish with their bare hands! If I could I would give them negative stars!Bumbu Desa NEVER MORE!!!
For me it just ok. I choose nasi putih with ayam sambal ijo, a set with sayur assam. If you are not spicy eater, I’m not recommend to eat the spicy menu because it’s really hot. It’s tarnish the real flavour of chicken. I’m will coming back to try out the rest of menu.
If you love super spicy food, then this is a heaven for you. Do not attempt to hang out at this place during lunch time, it is so crowded and the line will be long. Order more than one drink at once if you can’t handle spicy food so well. Overall, the food is good but a little bit too pricey for the portions served.
