Went here after my late lunch at Mabuhay Laguna Restaurant. I figured I could have some dessert before I start my pokemon hunting along KLCC area. Happy Creme is located in Parkson KLCC mall. It’s a soft serve ice cream store that offers an array of exciting toppings. Conversation was easy since two enthusiastic Filipino guys were manning the store when I arrived. I got the soft serve Ice Cream with brownies and caramel sauce. It’s silky and doesn’t melt right away. Consistency was done well. The brownies had the moist factor but was crunchy on some parts. It needs to be more rich & fudgy to balance the subtle taste of the ice cream. I also took advantage of their promo and paid RM2 for their milk tea flavor ice cream. I just showed my Jolteon and Pickachu to them. Highly recommended to milk tea lovers as the taste was awesomely captured in the ice cream.
