Tasting menu with lots of small bitesize dishes. Cocktails all creative. Pumpkin cocktail was nice. Truffle cocktail was to truffle for me. Serving staff all chatty and friendly.
Before I start commenting on the food, I must congratulate the place for the presentation of every dish and concoction. I had them served on stone, salt slate, trees and sea shells, and each of those were for different dishes. It not only enhanced the visual appeal of every preparation, but accentuated the experience on the palate also.I thought that the first dish I tasted was the best they could do, but they bettered it till the 11th dish, because after that, I felt too full to be able to appreciate the last six.I am rating the place 5 because I can’t go higher. The only reason why this place is not Michelin Starred is because the guys haven’t come in here yet. It’s the only 17 mile journey you have where you gain weight at the end. Simply wow.

We came to celebrate my moms 65th birthday. From start to finish it was an unforgetable experience! The pairing with the cocktails was simply sublime! A true artist that bartender! We will definitely be back! The service and explanation of all the dishes was excellent!
