Haven’t been here for quite some time, used to visit the one at the Gardens Mall. Mee hoon siam and the kuih were not bad, but the yellow laksa wasn’t up to expectation. It’s quite bland and salty. The place was crowded though.
I was looking for a place to try Malaysian dishes and I saw this place inside the Suria Mall where there was a long queue and the food also looked good.I ordered a Cucuk Udang [3.39 RM], Otak Otak [2.98 RM], Nasi Lemak Packet [3.82 RM], Teh Tarik Hot [4.05 RM], Lapis Pandan [1.26 RM] and a Coke [4.15 RM] with out knowing much about these dishes. The dishes I liked are Cucuk Udang which is prawn fritters and Teh Tarik. All the other dishes were a huge disappointment and particularly the Lapis Pandan because I am a big fan of Pandan Desserts.
5 stars for the Kuih. Our favourites were kuih talam, angku, and onde onde. Highly recommended. We didn’t try the main hot dishes or drinks.
I enjoy the mee siam from nyonya colours but I’m disappointed that my chicken is very dry and overcooked. So little rendang gravy for my dry chicken.
