First time I tried samba churrascaria dinner buffet, it was in 2014. Great quality, top notch service, chill and warm ambience. Since then I have tried their buffet many times but the food quality is very unstable. It varies every time they change their cooks or service staff. Overall, if I want to celebrate something or treat myself I would choose samba but I only would go for lunch because eating all sort of protein at night is not recommended.
They are cheating to customer. Paid for 15 meats, but they just served 9 meats. Even my table is green, but they are not coming to serve me. So free advice is, you have to request and called them for your meats. But be careful, hope they are not spit into your food. Anyway, its not really brazilian style as expected. Overall, I am disappointed. Not recommend this place for buffet.

Ordered rump steak and i really enjoyed it but the service was really crap. If the food didnt taste as good as it did i would have given a 1 for the rating
Terrible experience during our trip to KL. We opted for steak after a week of rich curries and oily fried noodles, big mistake. Lychee Martinis were basically lychee juice in served in an odd glass. I ordered rib eye fillet medium rare and was given a very rare rump steak together with stone cold mashed potato and pepper sauce. When we asked for the potato and sauces to be warmed up, they took both plates away and ended up re-cooking my hubby’s steak from rare to well done. He had only asked for his mushroom sauce to be warmed up. The staff really need to lift their game to understand basic customer service. The only saving grace was that when we told the manager he was apologetic and took the food off the bill which was barely touched. Still a very disappointing experience.
