Great dining experience, serene with nice food and wine. Take note that you are expected to order in sequence of starter, main , secondee and being desserts the last. You are not allowed to order either main or secondee. Apart from that, the rest is all good
Marinated Strawberry; Raspberry marinated strawberry, Caramel eucalyptus gel, Kataifi, Lime Fizz sugar, Valrhona Dulce Ganache, Dulcey chocolate sheet. There were many elements to this dessert, but the highlight was the very amazing caramel eucalyptus gel. This might not be a flavour for everyone, but we found it very refreshing and palate cleansing. The Kataifi (small pastry nests) added crunch, and the discs of caramel were creamy. Luckily, L let me try every element on the plate.
