I first came across an advertisement posted in Fave promoting Victoria Station’s signature chocolate cake with a highly discounted price. From the photo, their signature chocolate cake looked very attractive, inviting and mouth watering. As Mother’s Day was approaching then, and that we loved rich chocolate cake, we thought of buying a cake for mom, so we decided to give this signature chocolate cake a try. We ordered the cake online and picked it up at Victoria Station outlet in Ampang the following day. The whole ordering and collection process was simple, smooth and at ease.Their signature chocolate cake didn’t let us down. It was really very toothsome, with very compact texture weighing at 1.2kg. It was very moist, velvety, creamy and rich in chocolate flavour. Most importantly for us, it was not overly sweet too. My family and I loved it so much. We ordered this signature chocolate cake again for several times subsequently. For me, this cake is near perfect! We once tried their chocolate banana cake for my niece’s birthday. It was good too, with lots of banana paste and thick creamy chocolate coating. This cake was very solid and compact too with a net weight of 1.6 kg. Considering this extravagant weight, it was very reasonably priced. The only setback was that we found that it was a bit overly sweet, probably the banana had exacerbated the level of sweetness of the cake.I wanted to try their chocolate durian cake when I was in Kuala Lumpur two months ago. Unfortunately, this chocolate durian cake was not available as durian paste was out of stock then. Would love to try their chocolate durian cake when I go back to Kuala Lumpur again in the near future. For cakes only -Food & Beverage : 8/10Service : 8/10Price : 8/10Ambience : 8/10
My boyfriend enjoys their Legendary Black Pepper Chicken. He was the one who introduced me to it and it’s one of my favs now. Definitely a go-to when we crave for chicken chops.
So expensive since the portion is too small. And the meatball is not fresh.
