A very good evening to the respected reader of my complain, I was at your stall on 30th of August 2018 and my order number is 00251281. My family had dis-satisfactory and disappointment upon your food quality. We all do know the taste and the aroma of our local cuisine NASI LEMAK, but for the first time the aroma of your NASI LEMAK was so bad (it smelled like egg). It seems that these outlet they heat up NASI LEMAK along with the egg and the liquid of the egg it penetrated the rice and it smelled like rotten egg. Not only that, the egg (which is part of Nasi Lemak wasn’t soft but it was on the contrary). I just want to know the usage of microwave??? Since, we choose to eat at the outlets like yours we expect it to be fresh and not the old or even the discarded once. I do really appreciate the service of the waiter. But to be honest, you have deprive the name of station heritage with the kind of food that your chef provided us. Therefore, this incident fears me of your kluang station outlet which served us microwaved foods. In conclusion, I really hope that the management would take immediate action before it goes out of your hands. Thank You.
