Nam Bo is run by basically three young people of probably Vietnamese descent. It’s located on the second level of the bandar menjalara shophpuse and if you are not observant, you may miss it. Due to their obscure location, I guess, we were the only customers during the time we were there in a Friday evening. We had to take off our shoes to go in and the aircon was turned on for us when we were there. Despite all of these challenges, I must say the foods’ presentation, taste and authenticity were kept quite decent. We enjoyed the ban mian, pork pancake wrapped in rice paper , rice with caramalised stewed pork with eggs and water spinach. We expected the worst but was pleasantly rewarded with a pleasant, tasty and reasonably priced meal for our adventurous spirit that tonight.
