Came here in a Saturday afternoon with a friend after seeing the good reviews. We ordered lunch set which stated “RM42 min. 2 pax”. The food was good especially the bibimbap and salad. However, we both were shocked when we had to pay RM42 “per pax” meaning RM 84 excluding the service charge. We wanted to clarify with the staffs but found it difficult to communicate in English with them. Hopefully they can improve in giving response to diners.
so far, the best korean restaurant i’ve been to in Malaysia – the most authentic tasting and delicious. the side dishes are amazing and unique compared to other korean restaurants i’ve been to. not only do they have such a large assortment of it but every single one of the side dishes are good too. the rice is also extremely nice as it isn’t just plain white rice. not to mention, the owners are so sweet and friendly but i have to say one of the waiters there does show off an attitude.

I had a bite of their Korean pancake, bottomless sides that came together with their mains and seaweed soup. God damn, they were delicious! Definitely coming back for my kimchi on steroid fix!!The staff was extremely nice and accommodating. Absolutely a pleasant first experience.
It was not fresh so the boss changed another one for us. It has a pungent unfresh smell, you know you shouldn’t eat it. Nevertheless, the new one was alright. Pork Shoulder (RM28). We need to order at least two BBQ dishes for them to setup the fire but we didn’t, so they served it on a hot plate. They were also very nice by offering even more marinated crabs!! I’ve always known this place as friendly boss who serves extra side dishes – which I’ve witnessed it myself.
It isn’t easy coming up with the best place for Korean BBQ in Solaris Mont Kiara but Ola! Korean BBQ Garden in Soho KL is easily one with a good grill that delivers native tastes to the many Koreans here in Mont Kiara.
