I went to Murni since I was a kid. Food used to be nice. The restaurant was renovated. Environment is nicer. But the service is still garbage. Fish and Chip looks recooked and harder than a rock. Can’t even cut it properly. Do not order fish and chips.
If u don’t know the Murni franchise, then I’m not sure if you’re from around the Klang Valley. This Murni was recently renovated. It looks better now than previously. More like a proper restaurant. Food: depends. To most malaysians, it has one of the most interesting menus a restaurant can offer. U can almost order anything – want a sausage wrapped in light chicken fillets, breaded and then fried to perfection, and have that on top of your mee goreng? With fries on the side too? Sure no problem, Murni got u covered. But for a professional in the food industry, I got to say, that’s where the problem starts. People just don’t really know what they want when they see the menu. And when they ordered something and they don’t like it, they give bad reviews. But probably it was better suited for another person’s taste buds? Hence the unfair perceptions people give outService: I’m a regular as I live nearby. Hence I get good service. But I must admit, I regularly see others being ignored until they left the premises. If u get a hold of the waiter, make sure u order everything u want. Because u only got one shot and they’re not coming back around for u. Ambience: upper class mamak Ambience with air conditioning. Except the open space, that is like an open air food court. First date? Don’t be too cheap boiiiii

Fast service. The best place to go if you’re in an extreme hungry state because they serve fast and in big portion. Usually I’ll share with my friends or colleagues so not to waste foods.
After renovation, the service become worst. We talked to 4 people for menu, they noded but never serve us afterwards. The staff also not familiar with the table arrangement and the food serve wrongly. I dont know why they abolished the cashier and when we want to bill we need to wait for the staff to come to us. In addition, we need to wait for the staff who have ipad to order food. We spent 30 minutes just to get menu and order our food. Im very disappointed.
