  Food is okay but the service is really sucks and workers are too rude l, I hope that you guys will really concern about this issue and get improvement on this fxxk up services which make my whole family frustrate with all the rudeness service

  Food is ok but I don’t understand why they don’t allow us to pack the leftover. The manager told it will be charged if we packed. So they would rather the food be thrown away than packed n finished up. This is a wastage n moreover customer pay for the food so why can’t we take home what is not finished. Can I have oug jade restaurant respond in this stand?.

  Honestly, I will not dine in this restaurant anymore due to its extremely bad service. The lady who claimed that she is the manager of the outlet was EXTREMELY RUDE! I cannot imagine this is the kind of services that I received. I dined in once and I have some queries. I called to clarify since my friend also wanted to make a reservation. But this lady was very rude over the phone! So in the end, of course, I did not help my friend to place her reservation because there are way more better Chinese Restaurant out there & honestly, from the way the manager spoken to me, I don’t think my feedback concerns her. Maybe I overestimated this restaurant after I came across a post from the internet. Now I completely know where they are coming from. Then I saw the review below, I can confirm this is not an one time incident. I will surely spend my money wisely next time.

  I’ve been visited OUG Jade Restaurant on 6.1.19 and the foods that we ordered were extremely sucks.  I’ve never been dine in a restaurant with such bad experience before.  The bbq char siew pork is nice but the sauce still got plenty of sugars that haven’t melt in it. you can even bite the sugars when dipping the sauce!  secondly, the steam tofu with minced pork was too salty like salted eggs.  I’m wondering is the salt nowadays is very cheap until they added that much into the foods?  The third dish was the fish which was the most expensive yet the most nasty one! Initially when the fish is served, it has tasteless at all and the meat texture was very course which i believe was overcooked. moreover, the fish is not fresh at all! we’ve requested to change the dish as it cost us around 180 bucks! then the captain agreed to change but it was the same fish and they just added more flavour into the gravy which means they’ve added more MSG! it was too salty and the fish texture is worst! The most angry part is the captain has never felt sorry at all and insisted that the fish got taste.  My sister yelled at her and told her ‘you think that we never eat fish before in a restaurant’? and this is the food quality that you used to serve customer? the captain just kept quiet and never apologized on their mistake. they even don’t bother to serve us fruits where i found they’ve served others customer.I will never ever visit this restaurant again in future! price is damn exp, food quality worst than dai pai dong and the service was extremely sucks! the steam fish we had at hawker stall without air-cond is even nicer than this one! their foods taste like a garbage.  Please take risk to visit this restaurant.

  Food is average only. Service is very attentive although service crews are mainly foreign workers. Food prices is worthwhile for a generous portion.
