Mix of chilli and ginger makes it very interesting and goes really well with rice.Black sauce pork – Very thick sauce and homely taste, recommended!Stir fried Chinese spinach – fried to perfection, not too soggy and crunch is just nice. Very refreshing too.Steamed tofu with mince pork – Very refreshing dish with flavourful stir fried mince pork.Bonus – they also fry very beautiful sunny side ups.
