We had team lunch at L.Table in 1 Utama and it was yummeh. I thought the food was alright. The bread at Lavender is delicious. The place is pretty. Gowri loved it. Pain au chocolat is quite legit. The whole place smells amazing because all the breads are freshly baked in the kitchen. The Food at L. Table
Been here twice. Had tagliatelle with truffle tartar during the first visit, and aglio olio with scampi for the 2nd round – too excited to eat forgot about the photos lol. Price-wise, it was relatively expensive given that the food have smaller portion sizes. Anyways, loving the desserts especially the bread pudding with berry compote. Cosy place and awesome decor, and i’m also glad that they even support local bands.
One of the best places for granola and honestly, one of my favourite places to dine in One Utama!Amidst the bustling One Utama, it can be hard to find a place that is relaxing and serves good food but Lavender delivers! With a bistro-like feel, during peak shopping times it can be hard to get a seat but their food is worth it! Their burgers and pasta are amazing but me being me, I enjoy my breakfast/brunch dishes and L. Table’s granola was so amazing, it actually started my love for granola so I’d say L. Table’s granola has a special place in my heart (and biasness aside, their granola is genuinely amazing!).
Truffle Mushroom Bisque made with 3 kinds of mushrooms ( fresh shiitake, oyster, and button) was delicious served with 2 slices of garlic toast. A great start to a meal.Crispy Calamari (squid fried to perfection) served with spicy aioli was truly enjoyable. I wasn’t sure what aioli was so I googled it and discovered that it is actually mayo, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper mixed together as a thick creamy dip. This dish is meant for sharing. Perfect for light eating if you are not into anything too heavy.
