Minji Bak Kut Teh is frequented by (or are famous among) locals since 1945. Our tasty thick broth is created with ancestral recipe, using special blends of herbs and spices, simmering pork ribs for over 10hours and strictly MSG free. One of our must try is King of Bones, a.ka Harmonica Bones, known for its tender and soft texture. Made with fresh ribs only upon order, you can be assured of a satisfying Bak Kut Teh each and every time. Minji has been innovative in their food preparation, quality and food consistency. We are the first restaurant in Malaysia to use pressure cooker to make our signature dishes which brings out the richness and natural flavour of the meat while retaining its tenderness.
