Bad service, no smile at all
There was a hair in my porridge.Feel disgusted. How come there is hair? and the pot’s handle was broken..can cause hurt if people accident touch it..Please change your pot if the handle is broken. This is aircond cafe, not foodcourt but food handling is zero
Visited your restaurant in Sunway Velocity today.I ordered a King Noodle with Shredded Chicken without bean sprout.But end up served a noodle with bean sprout.Requested the staff to change another plate.They should immediately preparing another plate.But they didn’t. End up waited another 25 mins to get a new food.It was an unpleasant experience for me and my family.Might not be consider to visit the shop in future.
Service is fast and okay, food quality is acceptable. Their borsch soup tastes great but their salted egg chicken is too dry. Nevertheless, still a good place and will visit it again
