Homemade ramen with pork soups. Order the side dishes that is sauna eggs. The taste become more nicer. But I hate the green onion. The ramen still come with green onion, I have asking the staff no green onion after ordered. Lol.
I can totally feel that I’ve gained 3kg towards the end of the ramen noodle I had. I got the signature ramen. Pork bellies are generous portion. One fatty the other thinner. Good balance. But the soup is more towards saltiness and less flavour. Might not be a good ramen broth for some. At least not for me. Not too bad overall, flavour is quite flat honestly. I’m trying not to think about it anymore cuz it’s just a tad unhealthy. Mediocre I would say.
