Quite different from the usual KOI or Tealive or Chatime tea. The cheese is quite unusual at first but the taste grows on you. The crystal white pearl is also quite unique and bouncy, alittle like konnyaku balls. The cup is very nice and feels very sturdy that i wanted to reuse it again lol. The green tea and classic milk tea is quite good!
Tried their cheese tea, harimau brown sugar tea and regius pearl milk tea. The harimau tea doesnt look as appealing as Tiger’s milk tea but it taste good though. All 3 tea tasted different and has their own unique taste that is memorable. Also, you can get 50% off 2nd cup if you use hotlink app.
Regiustea is a brand originating from Hong Kong whose speciality is cold-brewed cheese tea. I’m not a fan of cheese tea but the act of cold-brewing tea was something new which I was interested in trying. I had seen one of their stores at the airport earlier when I came back from Penang but they didn’t have milk at the time so I decided to postpone my testing to the next time when I would be at the airport which would be my flight back to Australia. So on my last night in Malaysia for this trip, I visited again and tried to pick the Roasted Milk Tea with Pearls. I was told they had run out of roasted tea and the pearls would be a 20-minute wait. It would seem supply shortages for bubble tea ingredients are not uncommon in Malaysia (even Tiger Sugar said they had run out of their milk of choice and had to switch to another brand). I ended up with their Classic Milk Tea with White Pearls.
