Colourful lattes galore! I found Kettlebell one day while I was in Plaza Mont Kiara and found out they were a chain from Pan & Temper so I decided to try Pan & Temper (especially when I saw an Acai Bowl on the menu!)I ordered the Acai Wake Up Bowl and the I’m a Fun-Ghi (props for an adorable name!) The food was good! The portions were definitely sufficient and overall I really liked the vibe of the place! The Black Latte was pretty cool and it tasted pretty good! It doesn’t have coffee in it but it’s a healthier option with almond/soy milk and black sesame powder! The vibe of the place is pretty great as well with it being easy to spot and clean! The only thing that I would be a little aware about is that they took quite awhile to serve so if you’re rushing, I wouldn’t recommend coming but for long catch ups or even a chill weekend brunch, this is a great spot to try!
Can see that they have revamped the menu, with loads of new editions and pictures for illustration purposes! Had the açai bowl but was rather underwhelmed. Taste-wise was okay but expected the texture to be creamier and the bananas tasted frozen, not fresh which was a bit of a let-down. However, will give it the benefit of doubt and may come back again to try the other super interesting dishes on the menu. Perhaps, this is a one-off incident?
Had the I’m A Fun-ghi and flat white on a Saturday evening.63° eggs on rosti resting on a bed of sauteed spinach and mixed mushrooms. With some almond flakes for nutty crunch. Loved it.Coffee was good too. A light smooth cup.
Ordered the buttermilk chicken burger. It was alright. Felt quite jelat after eating. Mom ordered the baked eggs with chicken meatballs. Everything was just okay.
We weren’t “wowed” by anything in particular to make this eatery a go-to place and food we ordered were lacking in flavour, left us less than impressed. Service is underwhelming and slow. Takes forever to get a cuppa.
