The very first time to try this dish in Kuala Lumpur with the family. We headed out to this restaurant for a lunch.Their bak kut teh tasted so good. I did not expect that much but this one’s banged for the bucks. I so love how the tofu skin complemented with the pork. Sipping the soup was a surprisingly flavorful herb broth. How I wish we could have the authentic one here in the Philippines.

IG: @steven_pratamaCome to have dinner with my friend at 8pm but the place still crowded, so we sit at the outside. What we have ordered:- Bak kut tehTheir Bak Kut Teh is delicious, the herb is so strong and the pork is quite much, we mixed the soup with the tofu skin, yummy!- Pork leg / Tu KhaTheir pork leg is quite chewy, I even cannot eat it, not really recommended this menu- Fried Tofu with soupThe taste of tofu is decent, like tofu sumedang from Indonesia. The soy soup is also decent.- VegetablesI forgot the name, but I think they only sell one type of vegetables. The vegetables is good, fresh and delicious. I like it.Place and ambience:The place is quite crowded, not really clean and less lighting at the outside. Watch your belongings if you sit at the outside area.Service:Service quite good, serving time around 20 minutesPrice:A bit pricey compare to other Bak Kut Teh resto.Plan for next visit?Yes

Bak kut teh is really tasty. Soup has good flavours. However the soft ribs aren’t tender and very fat. The other ingredients are delicious. It gets really crowded at night after 9pm

This place is apparently very popular for their BKT which differs from Klang/KL style. It’s their own style, looks really dark and flavourful isn’t it? That was the first impression I had too. However, upon tasting it, the broth was bland and flat, almost zero herbal taste. Is this soy sauce soup or have they added water into it because they are running out of soup – which I can’t say for sure because it was just tasteless.

Serves one of the best bah kut teh, possibly top 5 in KL. I frequent this place because it opens till very late in the night and is an alternative meal at wee hours other than the regular mamak stalls. Although I didn’t like that I have to park at the road side, I like the fact that the tables are outside the hot restaurant. The meat is tender and the soup is smooth and had more herbal taste that many other places. The service is really swift so there’s not much of a waiting time.
