Have you been searching for Appams (hoppers) with crisp lace-like edges and a plump, soft wobbly spongy centre? We found it here and we were deliriously happy that we got our appam fix for teatime treat, order up it plain or cooked with an egg for additional protein. They will serve with sweet coconut milk but I prefer mine with coconut chutney. You would want to pair these marvellous pancakes with teh tarik or mango lassi topped with fresh mangoes. Prices are reasonable and parking is very easy.
