Tried Original Takoyaki, turned out it didn’t suit my liking. It was deep fried and the batter was too thick. The Octopus filling was too small and the Sauce tasted sour. Won’t come back again.

Regardless of how good (or bad) your food is, service can be the one thing that make or break your business in the F&B business. Of course, I’m not speaking as someone who has run a food joint successfully but as a consumer, with so many of choices, why do I have to put up with lousy service?
