Went to have a taste of this shop after heard they served some nice ramen. Restaurant ambience was not bad. Ordered their bankara original and chicken karaage. The outcome was not really up to expectation. You will feel the foods getting salty after a while. Not really delicious compare to other ramen that I had.
Had the Original Tonkotsu Ramen and it was too oily and less flavourful compared to Ippudo Ramen. The food setting was bad as fractures around the bowl. At first, I had high expectation on their ramen but eventually it was quite disappointed. Just my two cents.
The rames was really good! The soup was really flavourful and taste delicious. The highlight from what i ate there, was the braised pork belly. It was really good! Tender and so flavourful, has a balance of meat and fat! Though it was a bit pricey but it was worth to try!
Just tried the Bankara original 2 days ago, and these are my review:1. Soup and oily and very salty2. Portion is just enoughI have tried several other ramen shop that has a similar price point with this, and the ramen just did not live up to the expectation.It was a below average bowl of ramen, just enough to fill up your tummy, and your mouth with a very strong salty taste.Will not visit again anytime soon, unless I decide to give it another chance.
