I quite regretted that I bought this actually, just isn’t my thing. The standard popiah’s filling here is probably 40% fried flour (that makes it crispy), 40% turnip/sengkuang, and 10% shredded cucumber. I ended up eating only half and would prefer the traditional popiah from the roadsides more than this.

Crunch, crunch, crunch!! Every bite is so enjoyable with the juicy filling and crispy bits. Prices are on the steeper end, but worth it for a nice treat every now and then. Best to eat them straight away otherwise the skin will turn soggy.
My Mom and Dad’s favourite local snack! I always ordered the standard Crispy Popiah one, never tried adding toppings. It has to be eaten straightaway, otherwise it will become soggy and not crunchy anymore. 1 roll makes me full enoughhh!
Didn’t have the time to get a full seating meal, so decided to have a quick meal. The menu was easy to understand. And as expected as the name, it’s a mixed of crispiness and the soggy insides.I would prefer the spicy ones although I feel that it’s not as spicy as it sounds.
