The rest of the items felt like it was frozen items supplied in bulk and they just put it into the basket and steam it. It’s an okay, decent place in the mall for Chinese food but just no high expectations. In fact, I found them to be one of the lousiest under Oriental Group. Even the Halal Maju Palace serves better dimsum than The Han Room.
Food quality is superb. Service is fast. They ensure your tea cup is filled up constantly. Plenty of space between tables for group chats. Very comfortable and high end dining experience. You might want to reserve the place if you are coming in big group during peak lunch hours.
Agreed on the bad service. I m reviewing this restaurant while I m here now. Disappointed with the food quality,radish cake, siu mai are tasteless, they have more flour and flavouring. Siu yuk, they practically soak it in oil. Didn’t bother to order further and won’t be coming here again.
