I’m unsure if teas are refillable in TWG, but in few of my experiences, I’ve always got a refill of hot water for my tea pot. And that’s not the main matter, a server named Haikal/ Haika was pretty rude when I asked if I couldn’t have a refill. There are plenty of ways of saying no, so I think that should be taken care of. Other than that, the rest of the staffs were very professional and welcoming. The food was alright, but can be improved on the time serving, cause it took mine to be served in an hour.

I ordered Norwegian salmon and it taste superb. Very light and airy on the pallet. My husband ordered the sandwich .

The dessert tasted like medicine ..even the macaroons was so bad . The tea was quite good tho..Even their best cake was so bad . It was so dry
Went for afternoon tea. Set for two. Portion was good enough. Afternoon tea set came with teas. Creme brûlée taste excellent with the pairing of sorbet.
