Unsure of what to have, we decided to give this place a try since it looked not bad. Almost impressive with its clean sleek interior, good air conditioning (despite it being an indoor steamboat joint, we didn’t feel remotely hot while dining there). Â Gone are the days when you are limited to just fried shallots with soy sauce and one chili sauce for your steamboat. The usual suspects are still there with few more additions. The chili oil is a favorite but not suitable for all steamboat ingredients. The red chili, synonymous with chicken rice, is not bad. The green chili packs a perfect punch. For those who can’t take the heat, there’s that brown sauce. Sorry, it just taste too weird for me to know better.
