Personally, the food here is overpriced for so-so food. There are some interesting items on the menu, but still doesn’t really make up for the price. Ambience is nice, though.
By now, you would know about the benefits of collagen. They come in powder and liquid form. But, did you know that you can even have it in your steamboat? That’s what we were about to find out when Fave offered a set for RM49. However, it’s really not that much of a promotion if you were to order it from the restaurant. Maybe difference of RM 10?
Friends, please avoid this restaurant to avoid disappointment. Please SHARE to your friends to ensure they don’t dine in a BAD service restaurant. Save your money and go elsewhere. I missed out the review and end up dine in the worst restaurant ever.Reached there at 6.45pm and start order. However, after 1.5 hours, we only being serve with 7 small plate of food, mostly cold. During the 1.5 hours, we keep asking the waiters to check the status of the food but no action being taken. We even ask for the manager for few times but the owner show up only 30 minutes later. When we complaint about the slow serving problem to the owner, instead of apologizes she ask “What else you want”? What kind of service is it? Because of that, we say we do not wish to continue the dining anymore as my 2 kids complaint that they very hungry and could not wait anymore. And you know what the owner doing? She start counting the “leftover” food that just being serve (the food serve is not what we ordered, they just simply serve any dish they have at the point of time. When we at the counter to pay the bill, no apology given instead she ask her friend that dine in the restaurant to sarcastic us saying “吃不起就不要来吃” (translate: if you can’t afford, do not come and eat here) and we paid RM 240+ for a 7 plates of food. A price that topped Michelin Star restaurant.Frankly speaking, we had travel to some many countries and dine in so many buffet and Japanese restaurant, from Michelin Stars restaurant to small run restaurant but we never experience this kind of service before.
