I’m grateful for Kak Lung for satisfying my craving for the classic fried chicken and rice meal that I always used to have back in the Philippines. Their chicken looks different that what I used to cook back in Manila, but the taste is more delicious. The restaurant staff were amazed at the number of scoops of rice I got. I was really hungry, yet they were really accommodating. Kak Lung might be a simple restaurant, but the food I ate and the service I received were exceptional. I’ll return and eat here again once the cravings start again.
