Meatology (formerly known as Boathouse) is a very quaint restaurant located along Lorong Rahim Kajai in TTDI.I’m a repeat customer at this place for many reasons. Firstly, the ambiance here is fantastic. You can enjoy a romantic dinner with your partner, you can bring your family here and it is also an amazing location for you to have dinner with your friends. The music played here is at just the right volume, making it easy for you to converse with your company. The restaurant is pleasantly decorated and the lighting is easy on the eye. This is a pet friendly restaurant so you are welcome to bring your pets along, so long as they’re well-behaved. Please respect the other patrons as well. It is a great experience to be able to bring your little fur babies along for dinner. They have designated smoking and non-smoking zones.Service here is top notch – the waiters are attentive, helpful, courteous and pleasant. They will do whatever they can to accommodate your requests and to make your experience a pleasurable one.Now we get to the good part, the food. Everything I’ve ordered thus far has been good! I’d especially recommend the duck breast confit. It was cooked to perfection and I enjoyed every bite. The vegetable gratin is also delicious, though it would be great if they had it with some spinach. That would complete the dish, but that’s just my preference. I enjoy the Dynamite Weiner. The dish is essentially two sausages which have been stuffed and marinated with chili and served on a bed of coleslaw with a drizzle of black pepper sauce on the top. Their lamb cooked in mint sauce is a must-try, as well.I’d recommend this restaurant in a heartbeat.
