Oyster King is your to go to if you’re craving for an oyster egg in a mall and you can’t go to Penang to have it! They serve decent oyster egg enough to fulfill your cravings
First timers would be a little confuse with the menu but upon a couple of seconds deciphering it, this one page menu cannot be any more straightforward than it already is. The combo is pretty worthy but you’ll need that to be a sharing meal. Take note fried oysters comes in two options- the normal fried oyster and the premium fried oyster. Premium basically means add on some extra oysters. I thought there were more flour than egg in their fried oysters, but it was nevertheless the easiest to fix your oyster crave. Best of it all, the oysters are indeed in good condition and fresh.
I am typically not a fan of or chien (oyster omelette). I find them way too starchy. But I do love oysters, so when we saw that Oyster King makes their or chien ‘dry’, I was more than a little excited. We sprung for the superior fried oyster ($13.80) and it did not disappoint. Very flavourful, and full of plump, succulent oysters. BL had the lala fried mihoon ($8.50), which was also delicious. For a small stall in a busy shopping mall, Oyster King serves up seriously tasty food.
