Baba Ricky, you are not the only Nyonya Restaurant in Malacca so don’t be rude to your customers! Take responsibility to reply your customer. Busy is not an excuse for not replying/ignoring my WhatsApp! What a nice reply I got it from you “If you can wait please wait. If not I’m fine. Don’t rush us. I have my things to do also”. Look at the chat logs date for number of times you ignored my message! I have been very patient and nice to you but you went overboard. This restaurant does not deserve a single star for their bad service!
