The name Sin See Tai is in hokkien, which means 'New Generation' or 'New Era'. An experimental ground of The Daily Fix. A cafe of 16 seats, a small kitchen, small menu with the aim to further explore the possibilities of quality food and coffee. In a world where everybody is trying to upsize, we want to keep it small, keep it thoughtful, keep it sincere. We are a small batch coffee roaster, located in the peaceful streets of Jalan Jawa where old uncles and aunties still man their shops on a daily basis. We are privileged to be part of this.
