Heap Seng House is Penang's first and only Oyster Bar. We take pride in our variety of oysters, shucked fresh in front of you! We provide an extensive Wine and Champagne selection, and also serve light bites and hot meals. Open from 6pm onwards for reservations only until further notice and we close on Tuesdays. For larger groups, please make reservations a few days in advance.
