PLAQUE NOIRE is a dessert cocktail bar focuses on carefully crafted plated desserts and finely tuned cocktails. The concept of combining two beloved things - Desserts & Cocktails, Plaque Noire is the first of its kind in Penang, Malaysia. Our menu changes monthly to elevate freshness & novelty to our customers. The dessert bar is founded by our head pastry chef Shirly Lim in January 2019.
