The prohibition era of the 1920's was a call to ban and inadvertently end the alcoholic beverage industry with the intent to cure society's ills and to increase general public morals. Hence, it was nicknamed "The Noble Experiment". Our bar's name pays celebratory homage to the debunking and failure of the "experiment".
