New WK is a local Sabah Neighbourhood Chinese Restaurant. We specialise in handmade dim sum and Chinese Cuisine Locally known for more than 15 years as Wong Kwok Restaurant or New WK Restaurant. New WK is founded in year 2003 by our honorary chairperson the late Datuk Seri Panglima Dr. Wong Kwok. Inspired by his hometown cantonese Chinese heritage, the restaurant was set up as a traditional restaurant "Da Fan Dian" which focuses on "Yum Cha" culture during the day and Chinese Cuisines as well as dinner events, functions at night such as family gatherings. The first restaurant was set up on that year is located in Bundusan Penampang and it is still operating to this very day. With thanks the supportive response and patron from our local neighbourhood, in our own pace, we steadily branch out into Luyang neighbourhood in the year 2011. In 2018, a more modern concept for traditional chinese cuisine and opened " New WK Dining Room (Suria Sabah) in the heart of Kota Kinabalu City.
