A delicious shop front sure to impress. Located in the commercial district of Aman Suria, this nameless eatery is easily overshadowed by her neighboring, more flashy restaurants. Don’t by fooled by her appearance though, captained by a solo chef, the crew of Bittergourd noodles, are surprisingly good at what they do – good food at good prices. Their signature curry gravy is distinctly thicker than your usual run of the mill, which goes great with either chee cheong fun, noodles, or rice. Make sure you give the various ç¢Ÿä»”é¥ a try – the pork chop rice was superbly prepared, tender and tasty. Be prepared for a decent wait however, if there are more than a few tables. Don’t be discouraged by the waiting time, but feel free to observe the master at work; seated at the right angle, you might be able to steal a few moves for your own repertoire.
