I ordered roasted chicken set for lunch today. I was told that I have to wait 25mins for the food, which was fine. But after the wait, they served me chicken that was still pink inside! I sent it back, notifying the waiter that the chicken is undercooked. They cooked the same piece of chicken for a few more minutes and served it to me. The chicken was still pink inside. The meat surrounding the bones looked bloody. I called the waiter again and he started looking annoyed at me. He argued that the chicken was fresh although I was showing the pink pieces to him. When I wanted to send the dish back, he just walked away, mumbling something to himself.After all these, the manager didn’t even bother coming out. They sent a young waitress to tell me that the chicken was pink due to the marinade, which didn’t make any sense. And despite the fact that I couldn’t even eat the food, they happily charged me full price for the meal without any sense of responsibility for serving undercooked meat to customers.Worst food and service ever.
