One thing about KyoChon is that the quality is consistent wherever you go. Tasty chicken, particularly the spicy variation — honey and soy garlic variations are just average. They used to serve garden salad with tasty mandarin vinaigrette but now only the kewpie sesame dressing is available. This particular outlet however doesn’t come close to other outlets when it comes to service time. There have been few occasions where orders need to be inquire multiple times. I would highly suggest going to other outlet like Pavilion or MyTown where the service is better.
We had to remind the waiters to check on our order a few times. Waiting time for food very long. Customer service at this particular outlet (Sunway Pyramid) is really bad. Their staff are really unfriendly and lack communication skills. I hope they improve in the future, I like KyoChon chicken 🙁
Amazing as always, but waiting time is close to 30 mins. Would recommend to reserve if you come in big groups during peak hours. They serve amazing chicken so we keep coming back.
food aside, I’m giving this branch 5 stars for their service and for their great employees. They were very accommodating from the moment we had to wait for our table and until the end of our meals. We celebrated a birthday here, and it was great to have all the employees enthusiastically sing and wish the birthday person. Yes, it may be “their job to do it” but it was nice to see them do it with enthusiasm. The food was great as always
